The great American dancer Martha Graham(1894-1994) once said; " Dance is the hidden language of the soul, of the body." Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we should dance. There is that potential for a great moment whereby  through movement you achieve an integration of mind, body, and spirit which is truly transcendent.
These pages promote your active participation in the dance of life. You can find many way here to develop your dance moves or an opportunity to make plans to go to a festival and "just dance."
